JESUS THE SON

JESUS THE SON – YESHUA

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is
and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us
understanding, so that we may know him who is true;
and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ.
He is the true God and eternal life. 1st john 5:20

JESUS IS GOD & IS ONE OF THE TRINITY

I and the Father are one. John 10:30

Lord is, there is freedom. 2nd Corinthians 3:17

Then God said, Let us make man in our image,
after our likeness. Genesis 1:26

JESUS IS GOD IN THE FLESH

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible
and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities,
all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all
things, and in him all things hold together. Colossians 1:15

To the King of ages, immortal, invisible, the only God,
be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. 1st Timothy 1:17

JESUS IS THE LIVING WORD OF GOD

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was
with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son
from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

And behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son,
with whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:17

of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Hebrews 10:10

For by a single offering he has perfected for all time
those who are being sanctified. Hebrews 10:14

JESUS IS THE RULER OF GOD’S KINGDOM

The Lord has established his throne in the heavens,
and his kingdom rules over all. Psalms 103:19

Jesus said to them, Truly, I say to you, in the new world,
when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne,
you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones,
judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Matthew 19:28

JESUS IS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR

For there is born to you this day in the city of David
a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11

And we have seen and testify that the Father has
sent the Son as Savior of the world. 1st John 4:14

JESUS IS OUR SHEPHERD

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. John 10:27

I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd
lays down his life for the sheep. John 10:11

For the Son of Man has come to seek and
to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10

THE HOLY SPIRIT PLACED JESUS INTO MARY

And the angel answered her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you,
and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the
child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God. Luke 1:35

Then the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary, for you
have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in
your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son,
born of woman, born under the law. Galatians 4:4

JESUS WAS BORN OF A VIRGIN VESSEL

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign.
Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son,
and shall call his name Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14

She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus,
for he will save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:21

JESUS WAS BAPTIZED BY JOHN THE BAPTIST

And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from
the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him, and
he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to
rest on him; and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my
beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:16

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has
anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me
to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. Isaiah 61:1

JESUS PREACHED TRUTH, LOVE & REPENTANCE OF SINS

From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent,
for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17

Grace, mercy, and peace will be with us, from
God the Father and from Jesus Christ the
Father’s Son, in truth and love. 2nd John 1:3

I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. Luke 5:32

JESUS SELECTED DISCIPLES TO PREACH HIS GOSPEL

Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord
Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance. Acts 28:31

And he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal. Luke 9:2

And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them
authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to
heal every disease and every affliction. Matthew 10:1

JESUS GAVE GOD’S WORD TO EVERYONE

But he said to them, “I must preach the good
news of the kingdom of God to the other towns
as well; for I was sent for this purpose.” Luke 4:43

Testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of repentance toward
God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 20:21

JESUS HEALED THE SICK AND AFFLICTED

And there was a woman who had had a
discharge of blood for twelve years, and though
she had spent all her living on physicians,
she could not be healed by anyone. She came up
behind him and touched the fringe of his garment,
and immediately her discharge of blood ceased. Luke 8:40

And a leper came to him, imploring him, and kneeling said to him,
“If you will, you can make me clean.” Moved with pity, he stretched
out his hand and touched him and said to him, “I will; be clean.” And
immediately the leprosy left him, and he was made clean. Mark 1:40

When the crowds learned it, they followed him, and he
welcomed them and spoke to them of the kingdom of God
and cured those who had need of healing. Luke 9:11

Now when the sun was setting, all those who had any who were
sick with various diseases brought them to him, and he laid his
hands on every one of them and healed them. Luke 4:40

And the blind and the lame came to him in the
temple, and he healed them. Matthew 21:14

JESUS CAST OUT DEMONIC SPIRITS

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and
with power. He went about doing good and healing all who
were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. Acts 10:38

And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured.
And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out
from him and healed them all. Luke 6:17

And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him,
and the boy was healed instantly. Matthew 17:14

JESUS RAISED THE DEAD

Now all wept and mourned for her; but He said, “Do not weep; she
is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him, knowing that she
was dead. But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called,
saying, “Little girl, arise.” Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately.
And He commanded that she be given something to eat. Luke 8:52

Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who
carried him stood still. And He said, “Young man, I say to
you, arise.” So he who was dead sat up and began to
speak. And He presented him to his mother. Luke 7:14

Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice,
“Lazarus, come forth!” And he who had died came out bound
hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a
cloth. Jesus said to them, “Loose him, and let him go.” John 11:43

JESUS CONTROLS NATURE

And when they saw Him walking on the sea, they supposed it
was a ghost, and cried out; for they all saw Him and were
troubled. But immediately He talked with them and said to them,
“Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.” Then He went up into
the boat to them, and the wind ceased. And they were greatly
amazed in themselves beyond measure, and marveled. Mark 6:49

But as they sailed He fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on
the lake, and they were filling with water, and were in jeopardy.
And they came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Master, Master,
we are perishing!” Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the
raging of the water. And they ceased, and there was a calm. Luke 8:23

JESUS PERFORMED MANY MIRACLES

And one of them struck the servant of the high priest and cut
off his right ear. But Jesus answered and said, “Permit even this.”
And He touched his ear and healed him. Luke 22:50

Then Jesus said to them, “Children, have you any food?”
They answered Him, “No.” And He said to them, “Cast the
net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.”
So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in
because of the multitude of fish. John 21:5

And He took the seven loaves and the fish and gave thanks, broke
them and gave them to His disciples; and the disciples gave to the
multitude. So they all ate and were filled, and they took up seven large
baskets full of the fragments that were left. Now those who ate were
four thousand men, besides women and children. Matthew 15:36

JESUS PRAYED TO THE FATHER

Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went
out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed. Mark 1:35

And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went
up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when
evening came, He was alone there. Matthew 14:23

So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed. Luke 5:16

JESUS GAVE ALL BELIEVERS THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send
in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your
remembrance all that I have said to you. John 14:26

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper,
to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world
cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You
know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:16

Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that
God’s Spirit dwells in you? 1st Corinthians 3:16

JESUS GAVE MANKIND GOD’S COVENANT OF GRACE

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the
fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2nd Corinthians 13:14

For by grace you have been saved through faith.
And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,
not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8

JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS AS PAYMENT FOR OUR SINS

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin
and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. 1st Peter 2:24

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, Behold,
the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! John 1:29

WE ARE WASHED CLEAN BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST

How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal
Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience
from dead works to serve the living God. Hebrews 9:14

GOD RAISED JESUS FROM DEATH

If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you,
he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your
mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. Romans 8:11

Because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in
righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he
has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead. Acts 17:31

THE RESURRECTED JESUS APPEARED TO HIS DISCIPLES

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to
the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to
my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” John 20:17

Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first
to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons. Mark 16:9

After that, He appeared in another form to two of them
as then walked and went into the country. Mark 16:12

Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He
rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not
believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. Mark 16:14

JESUS ASCENDED TO HEAVEN AND IS SEATED AT GOD’S RIGHT HAND

No one has ascended into heaven except he who
descended from heaven, the Son of Man. John 3:13

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He
was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. Acts 1:9

So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up
into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. Mark 16:19

JESUS IS THE FINAL JUDGE

For there is one God, and there is one mediator between
God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1st Timothy 2:5

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that
each one may receive the things done in the body, according
to what he has done, whether good or bad. 2nd Corinthians 5:10

For the Father judges no one, but has
committed all judgment to the Son. John 5:22

THE SINNER WILL NOT LIVE AMONGST THE RIGHTEOUS

So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate
the wicked from among the just, and cast them into the furnace
of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:49

WE MUST GO THROUGH JESUS TO GET TO HEAVEN

Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven,
but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way
is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it
are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that
leads to life, and those who find it are few. Matthew 7:13

WE ARE BORN AGAIN OF THE SPIRIT

Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of
water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. John 3:5

You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact
the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have
the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. Romans 8:9

WE MUST BELIEVE IN JESUS TO ATTAIN ETERNAL LIFE

Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus
is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him
from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that
whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but in order that the world might be saved through him. John 3:16

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God
is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

WE MUST PUT OUR FAITH IN JESUS

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing
through the word of God. Romans 10:17

And without faith it is impossible to please him, for
whoever would draw near to God must believe that he
exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for,
the conviction of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this
is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result
of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8

For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2nd Corinthians 5:7
